Shipping Costs
UPS or Fedex Ground is our standard method of shipment to destinations within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to-address and are based on the total cost of your order. Your Shopping Cart on the website will automatically determine the total shipping and handling fee for you at the very end of your order. Additional Delivery charges may apply to items that are too large or bulky to be accommodated by our standard shipping charges.

Shipping Time
Most orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Shipping Costs to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories: Shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are determined by delivery area. Please contact Customer Service at [email protected] for detailed information regarding actual shipping charges and methods.

Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt of your order. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and is not refundable either inbound or outbound. The exception to this policy is if the item is significantly different from advertised or there is a workmanship error. 

You may return for a full refund, less shipping fees, any item that has not been used and is in its original condition. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. Notify us by e-mail at [email protected] of your desire to make a return. Be sure to include your name and e-mail address. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for the return/exchange process (returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number).

Return packages must be sent pre-paid directly to the shipping address we provide you. Gardenica.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during this return process. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS Insured Mail or Insured Parcel Post for shipment with delivery confirmation.

Once a return has been received and determined to be in good condition, we will refund the full price of the item(s) excluding shipping and handling. Full refunds may be issued only if the return is due to our error. We will notify you via email of your refund amount.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of certain items including:
  • Personalized items
  • Used or laundered items
  • Any item not in its original packaging
  • Any item more than 30 days after delivery

Damages.
Damages in shipping are rare. If, however, your package should arrive damaged due to shipper mishandling, please retain all shipping materials (box, packaging, etc.), - in the condition they were received, for inspection by the shipper. Notify us by e-mail immediately, and we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf.

If you believe one of your product pieces is flawed due to workmanship, notify us immediately by e-mail. Include your name, e-mail address, Order Number and a description of the problem. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will replace or repair any defective product piece.
