UPS or Fedex Ground is our standard method of shipment to destinations within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to-address and are based on the total cost of your order, as illustrated in the following table.

We will do our best to try and get your order changed or cancelled. You must provide us with your order number and you must use the email address that is on your order.
If we are unable to make the requested change or cancellation, the product may be returned to us per our Return Policy. Refunds will be given for product only. Please do not place an order if you are moving, or if you will not be there to accept the package, or any other questionable situation.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for the return/exchange process (returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number).
Return packages must be sent pre-paid directly to the shipping address we provide you. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges when a return is authorized.

Gardenica.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during this return process. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS Insured Mail or Insured Parcel Post for shipment with delivery confirmation.
Once a return has been received and determined to be in good condition, we will refund the full price of the item(s) excluding shipping and handling. Full refunds may be issued only if the return is due to our error.
