Unique Door Knockers by Designer Michael Healy - Each Michael Healy door
knocker is created to reflect imagination, art and quality craftsmanship. All of
designer door knockers are hand crafted using old world technique of sand
casting. In this process, an original 3-dimentional model is pressed into firmly
packed fine sand to create a mold into which 2300 degrees metal is poured. Each mold can only be used only once, making Michael Healy Door Knockers truly
unique. Each raw casting undergoes multiple phases of finishing and receives a
backed polyurethane finish to withstand the passage of time. Michael's signature
confirms authenticity of every door knocker. |
